Fish Fry for Lunch
Well Marty sent me home with some fresh crappie fillets last night so I figured may as well fry them up for lunch as opposed to putting them in the freezer.
One of the best lunches I've had for a while...got plenty for tomorrow's lunch too. Now I get to do another fish fry at Murphy's on Saturday. It's nice when the fish are biting.
